3. Developer Tools Policy (Dragon Court Game Data Version Control)

THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY TO USERS OPERATING THE TOOL WITHIN THE UNITY EDITOR, PRIMARILY FOR DEVELOPMENT PURPOSES.

3.1. Zero Data Collection Policy

The Tool is designed exclusively for a single purpose: facilitating data exchange between your local Unity project and your personal Google Sheets files.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or usage data independently.

No PII Collection: The Tool does not collect or store your name, email address, IP address, device ID, or any other personal identifiers.

No Usage Tracking: We do not track user activity, session data, or usage metrics within the Unity Editor or your projects.

3.2. Google Sheets Access via OAuth

A. Purpose of Access

The only instance where the Tool interacts with external services is through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization flow ("Sign in with Google") to access the Google Sheets API. This is done solely for the following functions:

B. Data Accessed and Scopes

The Tool requests permission to access your Google Sheets data. The data accessed is limited strictly to the content, cell values, and metadata of the Google Sheets files you explicitly authorize the Tool to interact with.

We do not access or store your Google account credentials (username or password). Access is granted and managed entirely by Google's secure OAuth tokens, which are stored locally on your device or within the Unity Editor environment only for the duration of the session and used exclusively for API calls you initiate.

C. Google's Role

All authentication, authorization, and data storage are managed by Google. Your use of Google Sheets and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is subject to Google’s terms of service and privacy policy. The Tool operates as a client on your local device to process data, but Google is the custodian of your Sheets data.
